Privacy Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mil Boutique. This privacy policy outlines the information we collect about our customers on this website. We respect the privacy of all our customers and visitors. Mil Boutique, LLC. will not rent, sell, or share our customer's personal information with other people or non-affiliated companies.

What Information Do We Collect and How Do We Use It?
Mil Boutique collects customer information in an effort to improve our customer's shopping experience and to communicate with our customers about our products, services, and promotions. This information will also enhance and improve the performance and accuracy of our operations and website. When purchasing products from our store we collect information such as your name, e-mail, postal address, and credit card numbers. In addition, we maintain a record of product interests, purchases, and whatever else might enable us to enhance and personalize our customer's shopping experience. We also monitor traffic patterns to improve our website design and products.

When a customer provides us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify a credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we imply consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If we ask for a customer's personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask directly for expressed consent or provide an opportunity to say no. If a customer changes their mind, they may withdraw their consent by contacting us at We may disclose personal information if we are required by law to do so or if Terms of Service is violated.
Security is hosted on Shopify Inc. which provides an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products. Our customer's information is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. All information is stored on a secure server behind a firewall. To protect our customer's personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all Payment Card Industry Data Secure Standard (PCI-DSS) requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
If a direct payment gateway is chosen to complete a purchase, then Shopify stores the credit card information. It is encrypted through the PCI-DSS. The purchase transaction information is stored only as long as is necessary to complete a purchase transaction. After completed, the information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. In general, third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend reading their privacy policies to understand the manner in which personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction. So a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. As an example, if a customer is located in Canada and the transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act. Once a customer leaves our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, they are no longer governed by our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.

We use cookies to store information about each transaction. To learn more about Shopify's cookies please read their legal page (
